Nike Free Run 2.0

I recently purchased a Nike Free Run 2.0 from the same person whom I bought the Kobe VII Year of the Dragon.  I bought it for PHP1300 (approximately US$31.16) and at that time there's a free shipping promo.  The reason I bought a new pair of shoes is because a runner should have at least two pairs of running shoes that he/she can use alternately.  I already retired two pairs of running shoes (I used the latest retired shoes as my casual shoes).  If you are hook in running I definitely recommend buying two pairs of shoes even if its not expensive.  A good running shoes should give ample amount of support and comfort.

Basketball Tournament: My New Uniform

This is the second time I'm joining the Basketball tournament organized in our division.  Last year we unable to get the championship but managed to get 3rd place.  This year, our team is stronger than before because we had imports from other department who were an official player of the company.  But, other teams also get stronger so it's a matter of performance on the actual game that will dictate the winner.  I hope that this year our team will be on the finals but I know it'll take more than good luck to get there.  I'll train harder for the sake of the team.

Peak Running Shoes

Last month, I purchased a new running shoes to replaced my 14-month old Umbro running shoes.  I decided to replace my old running shoes because I felt pain in my left knee during a 7-km run although it goes away after two weeks of rest.  Also, there's a part of my old shoes that's totally worn out telling me to replace it.
Peak Sport Products Co., Limited (Chinese: 匹克; pinyin: pǐ kè) is a Chinese sportswear/sports equipment company founded in 1989. PEAK SPORT S.R.L. (PEAK International) was established in 2000. PEAK International is based in Italy which focused on and new products and styles for our consumers, and distributing the PEAK brand all over the world. The company listed in Hong Kong in September 2009 and has a market capitalisation of US$1.4 bn. Peak’s turnover is likely to exceed US$500m sometime in 2011. - wikipedia.org
I bought this pair of shoes for a discounted price of PhP1,300 (roughly $30 in 1 US dollar = 42.8500 Philippine pesos exchange rate).  This is the only pair of running shoes I used in my recent trainings and runs.  I still used my old Umbro shoes when I go to gym.

If I have extra money, I would buy another pair of shoes that I will use in running events/races only because ideally a runner should have two pairs of shoes, one for training and one for the race.
